 This Loewen guy as you call him is up to nothing unfortunately
  and as usual ....Add up all the outdoor users , anglers , hunters
  And you have a million passionate users .
      The ESsRD or whatever they call themselves this week is a bloody
    mess . That's a dipper thing baffle the public with bull shit .....
     Just angling is in a horrendous mess. The head govt biologist
      In LA told me unlikely any Prussian carp in Allberta .
      The F&W officer out of Vulcan assured my friend , a 50 plus year
        Reservoir angler that there were NO Prussians in the Bow River
        System ..
         I can't wait for the Zebra Mussels to catch hold .....

and Now the sad reality .......No Reply ...No Aasurances .....
   Not that I expected any....The fact is ,in the 30 years I have lived
   fished , hunted , here in Gods Country.....the Tories have sucked the
    big one in the outdoor department .
        The UCP will likely ,  in their vote quest they ,will pander to the
     Aboriginals whose mantra currently is " The whiteman ( taxpayer ) has
      no Bussiness taking anything from the land , it's their land , The Tories
      will almost agree , but respond with the standard. " How Much "
