Fished in townX yesterday, major midge hatch on. They were like carpet in the calm area's between the rocks etc. Fishing was moderate with 4 whites, 2 rainbows and a nice fat brownie to close out the evening. Saw one lonley stonefly making his way up a tree twig. Anyone else been out this week? And yes...my finger slid up the gill for a second but this beauty was released unharmed,
