Well we made it out to Eagle yesterday for a few hours and fishing was ok,not great but not bad either.In total we caught about a dozen walleye and about the same number for pike.I'm not sure if it was caused by runoff or not but the water was murky/muddy,maybe it's normal for this lake I don't know.
Anyway two walleyes were keepers,one was 52cm and the other was 53cm.Sure were tasty tho..

The best part of the day was when my grandson cranked in his first ever walleye and then his first pike.There sure was a lot of grins in the boat..

btw...I have to be nice to the guy wearing the Hoyt ball cap,his boss owns 8000 acres of land..hahaha
