Title: First Ice Fishing 2019
Post by: agritech on December 30, 2019, 09:16:57 PM
Finally got out for a bit one afternoon, not a lot for size today but the bite was pretty steady. Any day fishing with one of my sons is a great day?

Nice, Agritech!

We got out on Sunday for the day too.
Man, what a nice day, didn't even need to put gloves on once.
Hit up Chump lake and got a few jacks and perch.  Bite was slow for the pike, smaller perch were everywhere though.
Got a pike each to take home and a few perch.  Made a nice supper.
14" of good black ice everywhere we went, drove the Jeep on.
My brother has been out for rainbows a couple of times as well and has caught a few for the smoker.
