Well, mooseknuckle and I ventured out and did a little exploring yesterday.  The fishing was rather slow, but we still got a little bit of a payoff, and a teaser for the ice season to come!

I didn't think it was SLOW per say I couldnt get one through the hole if my life depended on it!! LOL Jay iced 2 but we had at least a dozen hits each. It was cool just being on the ice again especially with zero snow and solid crystal clear ice.

Those pics remind me of prom night......I'm having a hard time finding the hole! LOL!



That Ice looks pretty sketchy to me. I don't know that I would be on it yet. I am getting the itch to get out though. I think I'll have a Marcum LX-7 to try out this year!
