wanted to try the hinton area on saturday but woke up to the apocalypse!!!
hiways were gross-bad.
opted for swan hill/whitecourt area.
better conditions. still bad roads and bad ice.
tried 3 lakes. not do-able.
at each the ice from before the warm spell was a floating sheet of slush with still visible holes from last weekend.
frustrating as hell to say the least. no way to fish it.
a week of -10 should put us back in action tho.
play safe out there everyone.
