I bought a box of ammo.

A very very large box of ammo lol.. ;D

2520 rounds to be exact.Ordered it from leverArms.com and it works out to be 18 cents per round.

That's a pretty good deal and should keep me shooting for awhile. ;)

Are the paper pkg's tied in a string with a bow or folded?  I just love the can's of '54 that are wrapped like that, I imagine somewhere in 1950's Russia a big hall with thousands of women wrapping bullets up, and when I open them, every pkg is like opening a Christmas present tied with a bow!

Everybody had a job in good ole' russia I guess, eh?

I have a crate of 7.62 x 54r that are tied with a string in a bow.Yup love pulling the string to open the pack..lol

But the 7.62 x 25 is 1980's production(so I was told) and it's just folded and stapled.

I prefer the string.. ;)
