338-375 Ruger chambered and running 2960 fps with 250gr HPBT is no problem.

Looks interesting. Looks like it would still pack less case capacity than the 338 ultra mag though am I right.

It's about 15 to 20gr less then the big rum case.  seems to have no problems making the speed or the recoil Bob Galloway did the work and even test fired before Handing it over really helps keeping problems minamul.

That looks like lots of horsepower,long reaching ,flat shooting . Is it getting close to lapua ballistics ?

It's close but I can't catch the over pressure lapua guys.  The Hornady brass I have won't take it this is a good horsepower upgrade to a 338win and can run the same bolt face.

I have used upto 78 grs of RL 19 with no high pressure signs ,225 gr sst . What kind of fps are you looking to get?

The goal was 3000 fps with a 250gr bullet.  I have only tried one powder so far and one bullet for 2960fps I think it will make it.
