I picked up one of those 935's a couple yrs ago specifically thinking geese with the 3.5".  Pretty nice gun.  Some will say they won't shoot cheap trap 2.75" but mine does just fine as long as you keep it clean and lubed.  Get lazy on cleaning and it won't completely eject about every 10th round.
Not a franchi, but for 635.00 it's a lot of shotgun for the dollar.  Daughter likes it for trap, and son is using it for turkey this spring(with a turkey choke it has even a better pattern than my old marlin bolt action goose gun).  Haven't had a chance to try it on geese yet though.

Rob are the extended finger banging screws all packed up can your wife get at them ?  I don’t think a full bang job is needed just the recoil lug.
