Thanks Walleyes, I'll do a bit of homework on it. Very few of these where used by the US military. Most went overseas, as the caliber dictates.

That is a very collectable rifle but the price might be a couple hundred on the high side.

Yep, maybe even $1000. I'm looking at a 1866 right now so not sure on this. Love it when guys give me the heads up though, thanks again Walleyes.
