Winchester 350 Legend at SHOT SHOW

I was going through the SHOT SHOW sites and came across a reintroduced cartride by Winchester.

The ballistics seem kind of interesting, but are they interesting enough  to give the cartridge a try?

I laugh when these manufactures make statements like 20% less than this cartridge and 20% more than this one. Isn't that all relevant to what load you put in a cartridge. Looks like a gimmick cartridge to me.

From what I understand the real niche for this cartridge is in the populated juristictions in the states where they are limited to using straight walled cartridges as they are viewed as shorter range projectiles.
If it offers anything more then other straight walled cartridges they can choose from remains to be seen.
I bet a revolver chambered in this is not far behind and that intrigues me a bit.
