I used to be a Ford guy but, I always said that if I went to a diesel, it would be a Cummins.
I bought a 2006 2500 Mega-Cab with the 5.9 Cummins in it a couple of years ago and our good friends at MossyOak wrapped her up real nice for me. SpeedPro Signs in Airdrie offer this to the public as the official rep for the MossyOak Graphics division in Western Canada.

'83 GMC K3500, gutless 6.2 diesel, tough as nails though!
Nice wheels. The bumper looks like it can go through a concrete wall. ;)

Dieselhunter's K3500 helping me out with my moose.  Tougher than nails alright!  Tougher than a bull moose.  Hell, it's Chuck Norris approved.

'97 GMC Sierra Z71 extra cab 330,000kms. I picked it up from a buddy for $1900 and have put a few bucks into it but I still love it. For me, I don't mind putting some bucks into it here and there. At the end of the year,I still come out ahead vs.payments on a new one. This one will not win any beauty contests though and I like that I can park directly beside the shopping cart storage at the grocery store or beside the old lady with the Olds 98 because I don't care about scratches and scrapes the way I do with the newer vehicles.

I bought a used '08 Super Duty with a 6.4 Powerstroke in 2010. I had an EGR Valve fail and park me in the driveway at home. 2 days earlier I was way back in the toolies(temp.-25) and F'n glad it didn't happen there; no cell coverage for miles and by myself. I did some research that I should have done BEFORE I purchased the truck and got pretty scared of the potential crippling repair bills(check online for the cost of 8 new injectors installed) and other issues that are associated with diesels-especially with all the emisions stuff on them. I got rid of it and will never buy a diesel again. For anything that I might tow,a modern V8 will be just fine.

Its hard to beat the price and reliability of the 88-98 chev trucks. They dont build them like that anymore. I have a 97 K1500 w/320K km on it. Best truck i own.

2007.5 Dodge 3500 6.7L Diesel Quad Cab here.
Tore off the dpf, egr and chipped it up way better fuel mileage and sounds great!!
Got almost 100,000km on it now and still on the original front end. Way better then the last Ford or GMC I owned!
