Another spring bear season is over and this one was quite an adventure with running our baits on a big lake in north western MB with our dingy (can't believe we made it)! With the beautiful weather, active bears and great times with friends and family this will go down as one of the best seasons so far. On May 22nd this old dark faced boar stopped broadside at 17 yards for a perfect shot, with cameras rolling I took the shot and the arrow was deadly as he only ran 20 yards before expiring. The video footage turned out excellent and looks like he's going to go over 20" boys, I couldn't be happier!
