Nice to see some critters hitting the ground.

not really much to tell.
Came over a rise in the road and spotted a small group with this buck about 100 yards off the road.
It was just at legal light so had to stop and wait for it to be legal to shoot.
I drove down the road about a further 100 yards and got out and started walking back up the ditch for cover
There was a bit of a rise inbetween us and I crossed into the field.
Crawled to the top of the rise and layed down with the bipod.
They had moved off a little further and I ranged him at 275 yards.
Waited for him to turn broadside and dumped him where he was standing.

Nice, congrats. Soon my son will have enough points and we will head south for our go at a Lope. Then by the time I can do it again, I will be 65 plus most likely and he can take me .
