Elk West of Brooks?

Question: For people who live in the Brooks area or any other person who has information. Has anyone viewed elk west of Brooks, more in particular, zone 138? Thank you kindly in advance!

I have seen elk north on the 36 from Brooks before and after the river.
Not sure what zone that is
