Wow , great trail Cam pics Nube. you definitely have some great character Bucks in your honey Hole...I appreciate the fix until next fall..

Thanks guys. I don't hunt these deer or they would be dead by now. I have seen about 70% of these bucks with my own eyes. I have about a dozen cameras out and they do a good job of taking photos. Glad it could help out the deer hunting itch

I just got a Trail Cam Nube and cant wait to check the pictures. A dozen Cameras is a bit of an investment hey. I welded up a pretty good security box for mine so i hope it stays put.

I make my own. It costs me around $110-130 and they take pics as good as a $600 unit. Kind of fun to be able to make the camera as well and it gives you a good feeling to know you took the pics with something you made. I haven't made any for a year or 2 and there are better cameras out there now to make. I spent a lot of time on e-bay buying up the kind of cameras I wanted and then bought the control boards and other stuff and put them together. I had about 18 at one time.

Thanks!! I have a few hunts planned for the spring to help make it through to next fall. First up will be Turkeys in Washington State. Went last year for the first time and had an absolute blast trying to get one of these birds into bow range. Although I was unable to connect with the bow, I learned alot and look forward to the April 15 opener. May is gonna be busy with some bear hunting in Cold Lake then off to Florida in late May for some Tarpon fishing and a Gator Hunt. Should be good enough to get me through the summer for next hunting season. LOL

How about a "how to" on making a trailcam Nube, I am sure a lot of the members would appreciate some tips on it.

Well considering I spent thousands of hours on the internet and there are a pile of different ways to do it it is kind of tough to just spit it all out in a couple posts kind of thing. Main thing is find the camera that will work with the boards being sold and is a decent camera and then figure out how to break into the camera and wire it up without frying it like the handfull I have blown up! The cameras I use are Sony P32 and Sony S40. S40 i would not recomend to the beginer but the P32 are easy enough and give good pics. They are a decent price on e-bay as well. All the info you will need is in the posts I have with the links.

All I can think about is whitetails now!!! I'm going to run 10 cams this summer scouting for whitetail paradise! So far no luck but I'm more motivated than ever to kill a bush whitail whopper!

I always loved looking at your pics the most, nube. You always have the biggest, most unique whiteys around. Can't wait to put some cams out and see what's roaming!!
