If he was goose hunting, pictures will be on the other forum. ;)

They don't ban stuff like that.

Remanded?  Do you mean postponed and rescheduled?
Remanding a case means to send it back to a lower court.

Courts can delay or reschedule cases many times for a a variety of reasons at the request of the defense or prosecution.
He will have to face the charges at some point.

Maybe Phil took a little trip to Australia or New Zealand for some Goose hunting. Sort of like what "Lloyd" took, but  without the U.S. government looking for him. ;D

It’s a tactic, put it off and put it off until the courts and charging officers get frustrated with it. Then they’ll plea he hasn’t hunted since the charge and ask for it as part of the penalty, it’s all a game. I’m sure he got lots of helpful advice from the other top gun, mr garret.

I wonder if his guide insurance covers court costs, legal fees, fines, down time, and a pie plate to cover his butt if he goes to jail. Bubba might want to play "Mommy & Daddy" while in the big house.

Looks like he is getting his season of bookings looked after before he gets in front of a judge.

Phil has pled guilty to his charges from my understanding. He will get his sentencing Oct 11/19 he just got back from a sheep hunt and is now off on a waterfowl hunt now. The judge was not happy that he was not present for his court case and that's why he will get his punishment in Oct.

Were you thinking of ishootbambi. Dale was a real piece of work as well.

Ahhh Darryl...you’re ****ing hilarious.🤣🤣🤣🤣

You’re as wrong about me as you are about Phil.  Any proof of these mystery charges?  Of course not. You can’t prove what never happened now can you?🤔

Speaking of taking tough...I remember you vividly giving me the macho act. I remember you clearly thundering out of the Scout Hall and literally running to your truck when I offered to oblige. 🤣🤣🤣

You’re quick when you’re scared. Remember that Darryl? It was right around the time the police were at your door warning you about your antics on the ole interweb. Harassment...threats...stalking...and I can and will offer proof of that if you’d like. 🤷‍♂️

That other offer is still valid too. If you are ever ready to quit flapping your lips and settle things like men, I’ll be more than happy to get you a milk crate to get up on so you can look me in the eye and get to it.🤣🤣🤣
I’m laughing, because I can’t hel it st the thought of you manning up...but my offer is serious.

As for Phil, my guess is that you’re getting half assed information from JN. Information that he really shouldn’t be talking about at all given his job and such.🤔. Hmmm, I wonder what his superiors in Edmonton would think if they knew he was spewing bullshit that you’re now spreading to the world.

See I talk to Phil somewhat regular. Your info is not completely correct. Well, he did kill a ram last week...I guess you got something right.🤣🤣🤣

I’ll just leave you kids to keep pouring gas on a fire you know nothing about. Watching “experts” spraying verbal diarrhoea is entertaining. 🤣

And yeah Terry, that was Pat that called you. He let the liquor get out of hand and said some dumb things one night. I’m positive that if anyone...you understand how that can happen.😜
opinions are like sphincters......everyone has one, and they all stink!

You know, I am just going to leave the above post here for a bit just to illustrate the mentality and confrontational reputation of the now banned member for everyone to see.
He obviously wants everyone to see his drivel.

Yes no need for any of it on this forum. We are pretty wide open on here but won’t stand for personal threats or direct attacks on members.

As for these guys and their charges being aired on a public forum. They all chose to be somewhat public figures when they joined these sites and allow people into their lives and make people a part of their lives like they do. Things happen out there we all know that I don’t think anyone is completely innocent of all laws but if anyone is caught I guess you have to expect the outcome this day and age. You have to expect people to jump on you that’s just the way it plays out.

As far as ishootbambi goes it seems he knows a good number of members by name myself in particular which is quite upsetting since I have no idea who he is. Leaves a person at a bit of a disadvantage and as shown its used as intimidation, not cool at all. But he’s gone and this site will continue on quite fine.
