Another season is in the books and now comes the fun part.   ;)
Smokers been going.
And some ask why we hunt....pffft.  :)
Good to be done though, can't wait to get out on the frozen lakes.

Question: How much pork goes into the Bratwurst, and regular ring sausages?

Garlic rings get 30% pork and bratwurst up to 50% depending on the pork hamburger fat content.

Made a batch of Hmong (essentially Korean pork dumpling) and honey garlic pepperoni yesterday. The pepperoni is almost gone already.
