Another season is in the books and now comes the fun part.
Smokers been going.
And some ask why we hunt....pffft.
Good to be done though, can't wait to get out on the frozen lakes.

Axe: I am slobbering on the floor right now from those pictures.
Question: How much pork goes into the Bratwurst, and regular ring sausages?

Garlic rings get 30% pork and bratwurst up to 50% depending on the pork hamburger fat content.

Made a batch of Hmong (essentially Korean pork dumpling) and honey garlic pepperoni yesterday. The pepperoni is almost gone already.
