The wolves were knocking at the door...

Last night they came knocking, must have figure it was little red riding hood that lived there.... They were wrong ;D
I will try to load pics later but a nice black hit the ground.... They have cleaned out the deer and must have been after the dogs.

Good stuff!  Too bad you didn't get them all.  Where abouts are you living.  Are there many around there?  I might try and get out this winter if I have time once or twice

We are just north of Rocky Mnt Hse. We have seen 3 other white ones, but this is the first time I saw the black. Couldn't figure out why there are no deer by the house, when normally you can't count them there's so many. This would explain it, gonna shoot every one I see.......

Guy that lets me hunt his land around High Prairie had a 6 x 6 whitetail taken down right in his yard last year, his dogs were going crazy at about midnight and he went out just in time to see a big black bastard by his shop taking this buck down.

I am all for shooting them on site. There is no shortage.

Way to go Dave, lets see some photos. I heard a wolf howling last night while setting up a couple of trail cams.
