Looks like the Nova Scotia lobster fisherman have had enough.
The 2 sets of rules in this country have reached a boiling point there for sure.  More Trudeau division.

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/nova-scotia/lobster-facility-nova-scotia-fire-1.5765665

Not surprising to note which side Trudeau was supporting on this.
I do have to wonder how those commercial fisherman voted though since all 11 Federal seats in Nova Scotia are Liberal.
Well, blue-nosers, if ya voted Liberal, then you gotta live with the the Turd giving all the fishing rights to the natives, even if they are raping the fishing grounds with modern equipment and processing plants selling to your market outside of the regular season.  I suspect that "moderate livelihood" and "traditional harvest" was being pushed hard by the MiqMak without any thought of the sustainability of the fishery for all.
I think I see a rip in the social fabric, Brother can you spare some ammo?

My lefty everything for the FN friend on FB is hailing the native lobster fisherman and denouncing the "white" ones. She has no clue what she is championing. Brutal how some think in this country.

Yup.  The Left supports full FN control of anything "environment" in this new Trudeau country.
But then again, look what the NS fisherman elected to represent them:
Pretty hard to feel sorry for them.  Maybe they might start to understand how Trudeau is treating Alberta's economy now.

Jaime Battiste MP.  Full support to the MiqMak lobster harvest and zero support for the commercial regulated season dates, size limits, and quotas.  He doesn't represent both sides equally, just his brothers.  He outlandishly claims the native harvest is irrelevant to any conservation efforts.

Note: The picture on his constituency office wall. Real Canadian of him...... :(

The results from the royalty review was a slap in the face to the environmental-scam industry.

I wonder what kind of program is on the NDP books to appease that group.

The story is pretty well the same out of Prince Rupert with the salmon fishery and allotments for FN and Whitey.

Who loses?

The salmon.

Yup, my lefty friends on FB are dancing online at the defeat of the Don. NO clue that what issues the US has were there a long time ago and it is not the Don who did it in 4 yrs. Those divides are deep and Biden won't be able to fix any of it. Be fun to see the same ole come the next presidential election. Highly doubt Biden will be on that ticket. And I worry kamala is a softer version of Alexandria Cortez

Done, yesterday.
Again, a bit of an odd question format from the government.  At least there are comment boxes to clarify our answers.  Make our case clear guys, we are not the criminals.
I think at least the undertone by the UCP was to take firearms administration out of the hands of the RCMP.

Prediction:

And it is not good.
Edmonton SOCIALIST Mayor Donny "toot toot - lrt" Iveson will not be running again for Mayor next fall.  On the surface this appears as good news, but read between the lines.
He is feeling the heat now after racking up close to $5B of civic debt despite sky-rocketing taxes and fees under his 2 terms of dictatorship.  The seas are getting rough now, with his utopian socialist policies and initiatives failing.  I think that Camp Pekiwewin mess in Rossdale should be his legacy symbol of successful socialism.

Let me frame my prediction this way; the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

The Good:  And I say this with the only molecule of optimism that I can muster.  Mike Nickel will likely run for Mayor, but the media will pretty much kill him as much as they did to Trump.  Even Iveson himself will be stumping with the media to ensure socialism continues in Edmonton, not that the idiots in this red city need any help with that.  He is already lining up to be the twit Ryan Jesperson's first guest on his new social media show.  Nickel basically got Jesperson canned on CHED, and we know how Iveson despises Mike Nickel's common sense conservative approach.  Mike Nickel as new Mayor is a hope, but in this city with the media the way it is, he has a snowballs chance in hell.

The Bad:  If you can believe it, there are even 2 bigger socialists than Iveson lining up for the Mayor's chair.  Andrew Knack and Kim Krushell.  Both of these 2 socialists are thick as a brick and will ignore any common sense fiscal responsibility.  I have had discussions with both and it was like talking to a hammer and sickle.

The Ugly:  This early announcement by Iveson means one thing to me.  He will be slithering into Provincial politics.  He will see opportunity in the Alberta Party just like slimy old Mandel did.  He would pretend to be centrist and get his nose into the leadership race there, then take that party even left of the Dippers if they ever got any power.  Hopefully Jacquie Fenske would see that coming and head that off.  I am not hopeful though, Mandel managed to get to the top in that Party.

For those of you outside of of Edmonton, yes feel free to laugh and thumb your nose at this socialist hell hole.  Won't be long before I am out of here as well and back in the country.

And already the commie media rags are starting to weigh in:

"Premier Don Iveson sounds good to me." - Dave Cournoyer .... excuse me while I puke.

Hey Walleyes:

Have you seen any aircraft with red stars on their wings flying around in the neighborhood? They could just be gassing up at 4Wing enroute to Trenton. I am sure Elmendorf or Eielson in Alaska would tell them to go to...or shoot them down.

Anyways, watch that dog of yours.  8)  Somebody might eat him.

I guess we no longer have Maple Flag, but a Canadian Red Flag.
