Yes, certainly the new law is all about safety.   ;)
As you can see below, the turban offers more safety than my ethnic headgear, but mine does have some side impact protection.  I may petition our Dear Leader, Kim Jong Notley.

I think Bernier could put up a pretty good fight against the Shiny Phoney (sp. intentional) :).

I just have a hard time getting behind another Quebec PM.  Bernier has not won me over at all.
Like crap, look at the record of PMs out of Quebec:
Pierre Trudeau, Brian Mulroney, Jean Cretien, Justin Trudeau
All total losers and crooks.  Nope, just can't do it.

Im behind Maxime all the way. I don't care if he's from Quebec or where he's from he seems to be a hard core small government conservative and to me that's all that counts.

Go Maxime

I read up all I could about Maxime.
They do call him "The Albertan from Quebec"
We shall see what happens.

I recently subscribed to The Rebel where you get more than you see on free U-Tube.

Tonight, Ezra Levant interviewed Dave Rutherford about the coming Conservative leadership.

The outcome of the interview was that everyone should hold their horses and take a good look at everyone.

Not bad advice, but the Shiny Phoney has had free reins on this country too long.

The only chance I've had to get a sense of what Bernier is about is through radio interviews and he definately says all the right things and I'd have no problem voting for him.
I was pretty impressed with O'leary and his reasoning for getting out.  He's a straight shooter who feels he can't win but has pledged to put his muscle where he feels is most beneficial.  Call it pandering if you want but I feel he really understands how this country is heading in the wrong direction

I don't feel Trudeau is essentially a bad guy, by that I mean he doesn't have ill intentions, the problem with people like him is ignorance.  Can you blame him? no.  When has he ever been in the position to understand the common man who has to grind it out everyday and has a big portion of their income go to people that may or may not have any clue what to do with it.
To him Canada can afford to pay for his exploits as Mr. everything to everybody.  True conservatives don't quite see it that way.

I just couldn't see that Quebecer leading the party.  I said it before and I am glad it turned out the way it did.

Well we've got a learder anyways that's out of the way. Best to Andrew and the party. My concern is can the west get in another PM, it's going to be hard. Time will tell I guess.
