Interest rate hike not good for Alberta right now: Ceci
http://globalnews.ca/news/3593541/interest-rate-hike-not-good-for-alberta-right-now-ceci/

No shit Sherlock, that is what debt is all about.  He had no problem borrowing the money though.
.25% interest rate increase will cost an extra $57.5 million in debt servicing costs.

That could have paid off 5.5 terrorists.... ;)

Idiots !!!

What I would really like to know is where  the 750 billion dollars that should have been in the Heritage Savings Trust Fund, that the previous Con gov't of the last 43 years were supposed to put in, went. If they had done like Laugheed had set up we would have been able to ride high through this down turn.

The wealth distribution has begun. My son received his Carbon Tax credit in the mail yesterday, a whole $40 lol. I thought this tax was supposed to go to finance green energy and spawn investment in new technology and create jobs in new technology. But no alas it's being given to the low income. In my world that's wealth distribution is it not, is that not what we've been saying this is all about from the start and we're told no !! Bloody commies.

Yep Walleyes, Carbon tax credit, GST credit, socialist state at it's finest. Good video sonny, refreshing to hear a "media" talking the real truth not "fake news".

 That's funny , I spun out on this 2 nights ago ...
The real sad part is that there isn't anyone on the
horizon that I see kicking this buffoons sorry ass
    down the stairs .
Extremely smart people all over the globe must be
Just pissing themselves with laughter at this posturing
clown being the worlds only hope . I just hope if that
Kim Jung goofball decides to unleash a couple of ICBM s
towards North America , I hope he s got Sussex Drive
on his radar . I jest of course !
As the article stipulates, this world must be totally F.....Up
if JT is the great hope ....
I have totally quit reading or watching or listening to any media
With any thought that this has any value .
The CBC news should come with a laugh track .

Looks like the Conservatives have launched an offensive to hit selfie boy in a few years, cause I'm afraid it's going to be a few till we get this clown out of there.

You heard it from me first, this is the person to get it done.

Another generational politician with Daddy's name.  Hmmm.
Maybe she is grounded and has some brains.  We shall see how she does as an MP.
It is an unfortunate reality that it takes a name and some looks in politics these days.
Name and fame beats brains any day in politics.
Not so sure the Mulroney name has much good associated with it though.

I agree it is getting a bit tedious . There are some facts
I am sure of. Eastern voters are less critical of a candidates
    questionable character than westerners ......unfortunately
the latter do not carry all the weight.
Suffice to say most of us Bertans felt Brian was very fortunate
      in avoiding cell time !
I just don't trust anybody east of Kenora .
At the risk of sounding a little misoginistic this thing
Canada has with the fairer sex at the helm may just
be getting a little stale . ( you couldn't say that in the
          National Post ) .
I'm not over the moon totally about the new Federal
PC leader either , another mute  .
In my worst nightmare, the Eastern Grits and the Torys
are in cahoots and splitting up the booty .
