Every year some of the brood stock out of Raven is placed in with the regular stocking protocol.
One year, some Raven seven pound worn out brown trout females were planted into the children's pond in Red Deer.
Nothing freaks out a bunch of grown ups when they see a bunch of elementary school boys pedaling down the street with huge brown trout hanging from bicycles.
Those loons look like they are well fed too.
