Brook Trout & Rainbow Trout

dress for 4 season with full rain gear

the beauty is all around you

Eagle tried for a 3#er near drowned had to let go .. his own fishing

Bears on way up too lake and down on edge of road

fishing was steady
same pulls in spots on lake still produce my favorite fish Brook trout

thanks to all the camping mates which made the trip special

turned 62 on the 13 Tues

Lots of snow in them hills yet holy smokes, easy to say lots of run off to come yet.

Just a question..what size trolling motor (lbs trust) do you use and how many batteries do you take with you?

I haven't been to Maligne in many years but I intend to go back there some day.

          That looks like a heck of a day, have always wanted to try fishing there but haven't made it yet.  That is a really nice fish and wow the meat looks unreal.  Thanks for sharing :)

          Do you find it a tougher lake to fish or could a newbie to the lake do okay?

just got back from there

did some deep water fishing

saw a Double rainbow

I use a 55# mini kota variable speed with battery indicator and take 2 R32 batteries per day

also yes to any one fishing it ... its a trout lake
