Hit the big lake today with the Grandkids. Was an awesome day,, well other than the boat launch,, what a gong show lol. Oh well, I maintained my patients.

50' was the magic depth, 5" Coyote spoon in silver blue was hot. Ran that on my 9' fly rod what a blast, not sure what was up with them fish today but man they were feisty. Big hits and long runs down to the bottom. I think it's that fly rod they can't really feel it and they run with it. Had a couple awesome battles. Got the Grand kids on a couple on the trolling rod.
