well went out for the first time this year and got to try out the new auger.... worked like a dream and sure beats drilling by hand... had constant walleye and pike action all day with my small wetaskiwan special while trying to catch whites... only had one white swim by and she wasnt interested at all...
all in all a good day... 10 walleye that were all above my 43 cm draw size,
8 pike the largest was 8lbs and just under the 100cm limit
but managed to snag 2 burbot... the largest was 6 lbs and the smaller guy was 5... here are a couple pics from the day
