Had a great day at wabamun today. Went out with Geezle, and Mooseknuckle. Caught a few, had a rod yanked down the hole managed to get it back. And we got to try out our new fish cams. Nothing beats a great day of fishing.

lol I never got a pic of geezles I think mooseknuckle got a pic of it though. I'm till the 3rd I will be spending most of it fishing.

Very nice. Hoping to get it here over the christmas break but not sure there is enough ice here in Leth. Supposed to be in the double digits temperature wise this weekend.

Was a great day indeed, I have apic of Jay's fish I think but I'm sure even he would agree it wasn't anything worth jumping up and down for maybe 3lbs. I hooked into a beauty on Monday that went 17' 6' lbs. I'll get a pic up shortyl. On that note this up coming weekend is supposed to be really nice. Maybe a small gathering? I know I'll be out likely with Geezle, Pikehunter, and a few other friends. We should all meet up out there maybe sunday.

Perhaps a Business meeting . Ill see how the work goes , hopefully get my supplys for big order 1 tommorow then Ill make time for Saturday . Gotta load up the quad and trailer then because truck lives on shore .

I bought my daughter one of those pink tip-ups, and that is the first line down EVERY TIME I'm out fishing if there are pike in the water. You just have to be man enough to fish with it...

I believe I bought the tip-up at wholesale and I recall the girl looking at mefunny when the the computer scanned and the screen read "ladies tip-up" I like it cuz it's easy to spot on the ice. And come on guys hot pink is the new black!! Normally I'mnot superstitious however I seem to have really good luck with ol lady remington.

I noticed (and so did my fishing buddies) that "pinky" seems to get alot of attention, while other tip ups get little or none...

A few more from the last few outtings.

This is my brothers personal best it went 17 exactly. Note the shit eating grin!! I've always enjoyed the expression "beaten like a red headed step-child" this is my ginger step bro we used to kick his ass all over the place thank god he doesnt hold a grudge as these days he could work me over pretty good. So this is my way of apologizing for the years of abuse, I take him out fishing and he lands beauties like this!!
