Also, those huge stone cased caddis should be hatching now in the flowing water.  Big juicy black wooly bugger patterns  from size 8 down to size 2.  Brooks method of casting. Deep and dirty with lots of weight in the fly.   

Use your Type 7  or Type 8  sinking line.  All weight in the fly. Strikes can be missed with weight on the leader. Remember, you are fishing deep, and in fast water. And about a six foot leader maximum.

Nice fish Sonny, I swear one of these years I'll tag out early enough to chase the brookies in prime time,  neat to see them starting to put some colour in already.
