My new office arrived today!
« on: May 31, 2011, 08:56:57 PM »
Well the new office finally arrived at the dealership today.  Of course I was there to see it get unloaded.  Watching this happen each year is absolutely horrifying to me!  Forklifts and slings lifting the boat just don't make me feel good.  I always worry that something will not go as it should and the boat will come crashing down.  Everything got unloaded safely and I will probably pick it up on friday, and take the maiden voyage on sunday.  I have a few days of rigging, and then loading it will all my fishing stuff.

nice. i hope you get detoured and end up down south at some point between tourneys. there's plenty of room at the inn, and i'd be more than happy to accompany you on a local res. anytime no problem. i heard no report back from the first stop. tough going?

Walleyes, this years boat is my third glass Lund 208 Pro V GL.  I have been quite happy with them so far, and the fit and finish this year is light years ahead of what it was previously.  They are built in a different plant this year, so I am looking forward to putting this one through it's paces and catching some fish.  It absolutely eats up rough water and will pretty much leave everything else behind!

I don't know what she will be named yet, my buddy's daughter has been naming them so I never know what she will come up with.  My first one she named was Aurora, then Snow White, the Iron Giant, Princess, and now I have no clue what she will cook up.  She's in grade one now, and I have no clue what kids that age are into, so it's a mystery for sure!  I sent some pics to them to show her, so I will have a name very soon.

Great looking boat Chris... I only hope that the delivery of the new Lunds is making the rounds in Alberta. My Tyee should be here in the next two weeks. Fingers are crossed and anticipation is high!

An I thought I had a cool office with sirens and flashing lights ;D  Awesome looking boat.  You should be able to fish in styl now.  All you have to do now is win a few tournaments to pay for it and life is rockin.

It's not as flashy or as fancy as a firetruck, but hopefully I can get some luck and make the right decisions to win an event or two this year!  Thanks for the support!
