Pike

I haven't ice fished for pike in many years so on January 2nd I headed to Clear Lake with friend...Clear lake is a trophy lake where all pike under a 100 cm have to be released which is no issue since I didn't figure I'd lucky enough to catch one that big...
The first few hours the wind was unbelievable and only a couple nibbles between us...I switched to a BBJ Buck-tail jig and within a couple minutes I had a 20" pike on the ice...I also used a tip-up for the first time and caught a pike...We caught and released 10 fish between 20" and 30" long...FYI the is was around 16" thick...
