A quad must have been used on the ice sometime this winter.

  It is too bad more regulation is needed and more tax could have stopped this.  Hopefully a big government grant can figure out why this happens a clamp down on all motorized power sports is the first step to utopia.   

  Seriously though I wish he would have got some pics of the vultures.

Ya its sad to see especially when you have Alberta now having a draw system for walleye in some lakes.
