6.5 x 55 Swede ammo comparison..

So I took my old 1903 swede mauser out to the range and tried four brands of ammo in it to see which it likes best.

Winchester
Federal fusion
Remington
Sellier & Bellot

Ok I know that some of you guys can cut cloverleafs with your precision rifles but that isn't the case here.lol

Open sights at 100 yards by an old guy wearing bifocals.. ;D
Also I alternated brands and targets,that way one brand didn't have a cool barrel and the last brand didn't have a super hot barrel.

Anywho I think the pictures speak for themselves.....Winchester wins hands down.. ;)

And just for the hell of it I fired 5 shots at 200yrds...holy smokes at that range the front post covered the entire target..lol

But I did get all 5 on paper...can we say 14 inch groups. ;D

Yeah I think I'll limit myself to 100 yards shots at deer. ;)
