Guy from Calgary had it and was listed on gun nutz.  lucky for me my gun importer lived just around the corner made for a slick transfer.

Well,, it's based on a 700 so you know I love it..

But you will have to forgive me,, what's the story of these guns,, what makes them so special,, and when you say 338,, would that be a win mag.

Yes at this time it is a win mag may run a 338-375 Ruger reamer in it.

The Ks stands for Kevlar stock and they are made by McMillian.  There glass bedded and action is trued, barrels are select grade chambered buy hand.  Rems custom shop is not all that well known.  I wouldn’t buy one brand new however there around 3k new.  Look one line there are some stellar deals on these guns.

Thx jimmy..

I have looked through Rem custom shop on line a few times and wondered on the quality of the guns,, whether they would be worth the money or just factory hype. In your opinion are they a well put together gun.

As far as plastic guns go yes they are pretty well finished barrel contours are different stock specks for its self.  Balance point would be right around the recoil lug.   With the other one I have some may find the balance point feeling barrel heavy.  A used KS will be right around 1500 at that price point they would be tough to beat buy any manufacture having actually been built buy a human.

I am not sure what a C grade would run or the higher grade wood stocked rem custom shop models but expensive I am sure.  At that point a Cooper maybe a better option or an older Sako deluxe.
