I know that a lot of you are reloaders so pls skip this post..

For the rest of us..Do you ever shoot Prvi Partizan ammo?
If so what do you think of it?

I get great groups in my swede mausers and my swiss K31..hell even my lee enfield loves the stuff.
Can we say 2 MOA with iron sights?

My Mosins and SKS on the other hand shoot crap with all ammo..lol

But I have a fancy with PPU in 6.5x55 and 7.5x55 also in .303 british..

Never tried PPU ammo (softpoint) for hunting but I'm sure a deer or moose would go down pretty quick with one of these if hit in the boiler maker..
Toughts?

Maybe I should learn how to reload.

Can an old dog learn new tricks?

I reload but long before that I did have occasion to use that ammo.

The rifle was a modin carbine 1944. I bought it when they first started to show up in Canada through century arms so it was numbers matching and aresenal select unlike most of the guns you see now that are pieced together. IIRC I paid 40 bucks for it. At that time the only ammo I could find was the prvi stuff and.... It was cheap which was good.... Privates didnt make much money.

Anyway, i took it out to the bush hung a soup can off of a stick at the roughly 100 yards that i had paced off then tried it out.
5 shots...the first 5...off hand and all within a 2 moa area.
Never even had to adjust the sites....lol

Never had a chance to try it from the bench but i am sure it would have done even better.

I used it for a few years then sold it.
Wish that i hadnt since it was a good bush gun.
Only shot one animal with that puppy.... Hunting in Ontario is not like it is at home but that animal dropped in its tracks.
