I like to take in the gun auctions in RedDeer more as a form of entertainment. I do buy a gun or something now and then but mostly just watch and listen. I'll go Friday afternoon to view the goods and then go to the Sportsman show. Then decide if I will come back in to town on Sat. morning.

Anyone else going? I generally keep track of what stuff sells for so I can tell you that on Sun. if I do go.

There were a few god deals but I didn't buy anything. I didn't stay for the whole sale as my wife and daughter wanted to go to the sportsman's show.

I didn't want or need a .243 or 25/06 or I would have bid on one of each that sold pretty low.

How often do these run? I'd be interested for next time if anyone else is maybe going. I'm bad with buying things, so hopefully someone who knows a good deal (and gun) when they see it would be ideal

The Red Deer Gun Show is May 4 and 5th and we will be there
