Remington Bucket O' Bullets..
« on: September 24, 2016, 12:49:22 PM »
Is this ammo any good?

Walmart has two buckets for $99 each and I'm tempted to buy them but I've never shot this stuff before.

Also I've had someone tell me that this stuff is crap.

Thoughts?

Crap for what shooting pop cans. Nothing wrong with that ammo, buy it, shoot it, can't go wrong.

I wouldn't be scared to try it. It's a long rifle shell they have the powder same as any I would think should be enough energy to run a semi.

I did a search on CGN and most agree that this is dirty ammo and lacks in the accuracy department.

Some say it works ok in their semi auto pistols and rifles but most give it a failing grade.

Therefore I think I pass on this stuff.I still have about six bricks of good stuff and that will keep me going for awhile.
But if I find some cheap Federal 525rd blue boxes then I will stock up. ;)

I'm sure someone will snag these two buckets up real quick tho.

Been a CCI fan for years definetly my preferred rim fire for both my 22's and 22 mag.

Cheapest 22 I've seen.  Figure gophers at 20 yds wouldn't know the difference.........but I could never find them...so it's, "Choot it".   :)
