Thank you Savage Arms

A couple of years ago I took in a Savage Axis in .308. (yes I know savage axis are mostly junk) as a part trade on another rifle.
Well the extractor is worn out.It will just barely pull the casing out of the chamber and then it just slips of the rim.
So I called Savage Arms down in the USA to order a new one.Called them up and told them what I needed and gave them my address, etc etc.. The guy said ok we'll get one in the mail for you right away.I said great and here's my credit card number. No we don't need that he said,it's just an extractor and there's no charge for that.He told me to have a great day and I thanked him kindly.
It really feels good when you deal with a big company and they treat you like they really value your business.

Every brand has an entry level product, that's a good thing, so we can all afford to use that product. Now the bones are in the service, no matter what level of the item. 100 % on Savage , and it's a win for you as an owner sonny.

The extractor arrived a few days ago free of charge.
Is now installed and rifle works great.
It's still an Axis but Savage Arms gets a shout out for good service.
