Built by proffessional gunsmith Neil Suttil in meadow lake, sk.  Gun easily shoots sub moa and has 250 rounds through it with the proper break in.  I am selling to fund another project and would like to get $4100 OBRO.  Low ballers will be put on the ignore list.  Must see to truly appreciate.
