Got a couple blades for sale
First one is from a set of two I made for a customer and he only ended up taking one ( go figure eh??)
I don't normally do up blades like this but it was what he wanted.
Blade is a classic Bowie style hidden tang knife, 440C Steel, 6 inch long, 1 3/32 inch at the widest point with a false edge ground to the tip
Elk Antler Handle with a brass guard and single pinned for strength, and sealed with cyanoacrylic for weather resistance.
Sheath is 8 ounce vegetable tanned cowhide dyed brown with green stitching, nickel plate hardware, and Elk relief stamp
Classic knife in a classic style
Would make a good all around camp knife
I will let this go for what it cost me to make it
Second one is a knife I made for myself
It was used once to dress, skin and quarter a big mule deer buck.
I have cleaned and rehoned and polished the blade and it ready to go to a new home.
Knife is a hidden tang design with brass guard and ironwood handle
Blade is Damascus Steel 5/32 " thick , 1 7/32" at the widest point
I have inlaid an arrowhead conch in the handle
Sheath is oil treated vegetable tanned cowhide with nickel hardware , yellow stitching, and an arrow head reliel
