Well went out for my first evening hunt last night.  Man that smell in the forest you just know hunting season is here.  It was a uneventful night squirrels and birds to keep me company best night in a long time who hoo!! Any night in a tree stand is good times in my book can't wait to get back out.

Here is a deer that I got the other day, he has 3 horns that all have their own pedicle, as well he was missing his left eye. I managed to get him at 14 yards, I now give you "Big Kenny"

Guess I should post my African animals in here.  All taken in August in Namibia with Engelbrecht Safaris.

Hey all,

I managed to harvest my best white-tail to date on Nov 25 2014. I managed to stalk into 60 yards on this buck bedded with his doe on the tree line; I sat still for about 30 minutes when a smaller buck came in he got up and moved. On his way to chase off the smaller buck he gave me an opportunity in which I capitalized on. This was a great day as my grandpa was there to help me (he was dressed differently when the hunt too place haha). After the shot the buck only made it 40 yards and expired. I have attached a live photo as well from 5 days earlier when I first found him
