Bear's again
« on: April 07, 2017, 03:59:56 PM »
Well I'm headed out solo this weekend to see if there's any bear movement. I know it's early but time in the bush is not wasted time. I going to throw on my backpack and travel light. Spend the night under a tree and see what there is to see. As much as I enjoy hunting with the group there's times it nice to get out and enjoy your own company. This trip will be like times of old, as I will be taking the old 50 cal smoke pole with me. One shot with in 50 yards is the plan. ( I will be carrying my little Ross Ranch hand 44 mag in my pack) I an't no Danny Boon.

Sounds like a heck of a trip lever. Stay safe and have a blast man.

Right On Lever.

Make sure that tree is comfortable to sit under and it keeps the rain off.

Take Care. :)

Hope you made out OK that sounds like a lot of fun.  Have always preffered the solo hunting if not out with the family.  Just a different connection you get with everything out there.
