There is a different system in BC actually called Permission to Accompany, where a BC resident hunter applies for permission to accompany an out of province hunter (ie: me).

I obviously can't actively hunt our moose anymore as it is a limited entry draw which I don't believe I can participate in, so I purchase a mule deer tag every year and just hunt for mule deer. If I'm with my BC resident hunter who has the permission to accompany, he has a LEH moose tag and we see a moose, then it's his to shoot. Vice versa, if we see a mule deer than it's mine to shoot.

Pretty simple really. I know there are guys out there that are abusing the system, but if you're like me and just stick to the rules then it's a stress-free hunting trip with good times all around.

Sounds pretty cut and dry to me..

For most of us on here there is no need to explain what you do out there for those that ask they are usually just looking to stir up shit. We generally just ignore them and let them stew on it,, it's way more fun that way.. Sometimes it's even funner to stir the fire a bit and get them going lol..

Hope "YOU" slam a nice bull this fall bud..  ;) ;)
