Seeing as this is my first time drawn for bull moose in Alberta will I receive written verification of my draw?

Maybe.  They are eliminating all the written correspondance and will be doing everything via email and online next year.  Go buy the tag at your local retailer and release the suspense.    :D  Good luck and shoot the one that makes you happy!!!
