That is defiantly an option too at this point I am starting to get interested but think I am a few years out from an actual hunt so was thinking about starting to build priority.

I have been running up my 437 ram for a number of years now.. I am currently at 12. Probly going to start to apply next year and see when I actualy pop up. Been putting in for each of my boys since they turned 14 so the oldest is at 8 or 9 now,,,so we will see what happens over the next few years.

When I do get it I am going to hire a local sheep guide and go in and get my ram. This is a once in a lifetime hunt so I will not take any chances. I will hire a professional for this hunt and get a nice ram.

Not to ruin your day but with but using last years stats there is currently 770 people that have a higher priority than you. That includes both that entered for the 890, 891 and 999 draw code. With them only giving out 8 tags that means it will take 96.25 years until they even start into your pool. In the P12 pool there is another 137 applicants (including you)

I would think you have a better chance at getting the 438 tag, the bison tag, and the goat tag all in the same year as opposed to drawing and hunting sheep in 437.

No issues Kyle its alway good to know what a guy is up against.. Maybe one of the boys wil get lucky one day.. I will keep putting in one never knows. Sheep hunting isn't all that big on my list anyways,, maybe one day by then a guy may look else where on a fully outfitted hunt. It's a ways down on my bucket list,,, a Yukon bull moose I would say is much higher on my list. And that's priced almost out of reach. The way things are looking me and momma may be heading out to the coast a couple years ahead of schedule so being a resident of BC will open up a school of new opportunities for a guy on all those fronts.
