Duck numbers for next season
« on: July 05, 2011, 03:50:03 PM »
Looks like we are going to have a killer year this year in Alberta! Pond counts are up big time and the stats given on the birds looks like we are on the rise again with some species up more than %40!!
I can't wait for this fall. Our season starts Sept. 1 and my last clients are out on October 24th. I think I should have a few dead birds to post after that guys!!!
If anyone has time and wants to come guide or spot for a week let me know.  I could use a bit of help this fall.
Check out the video and the report guys!

I agree Nube looks like a ton of them out there.

What I can't beleive though is the amount of geese around. I mean every darn little junk of water in any part of the province has geese in it and more than a few. I have been a water foul hunter for years and my father loved the birds as well so I have been going on bird hunts for close to 40 years and I have to tell you I never remember geese like there has been the last couple years it just seems there are more and more of them. You water foul guys are going to have a hay day for the next x amount of years.. Have fun..
