Awesome!  Great morning.  My 12 year old is looking forward to getting a few ruffies around here as well.  Should be a fun season.

Just registered on here and have a few questions about lease road and crown land areas. You seem to be an avid hunter of various game so I thought I'd ask. I know most lease roads have areas posted no hunting certain areas and I have a crown land map. Just wondering about these roads can you just drive down them and get out and shoot what yards see if you've a tag for it or do you have get off the road so far in the bush or how exactly does it work?

Rhinox45

here is the regs
GENERAL

 It is unlawful to
9.
discharge a firearm from or cause a projectile from a firearm to pass along or across:
 a) a provincial highway (this designation applies to all former primary and secondary highways),
 b) a road that is paved, oiled, graded or regularly maintained, unless
 - the road is held under any active disposition under the Public Lands Act or under an order under the Surface Rights Act, or
 - the person is hunting game birds with a shotgun under the authority of a licence.
Note: if there is no identifiable ditch or fence to mark the outside edge of the roadway, then the roadway extends 20 feet from the edge of the traveled portion.

out here the road's are lease roads

just as always be careful as to your bullet flight path and spray field

Forestry and Pulp Mills have road maps showing lease areas or use app's
