Some of you have already seen this, but here it is again for those who haven't.
Thought I'd put up a couple pictures of my prairie bull from last week. My daughter and I went down south last Friday, met up with Rackmastr, and headed out to do some scouting. Found some elk Friday night and put them to bed. Headed back into the same area Saturday morning. After a few hours of hiking, spotting some elk, kicking up mulies and sharptails we came upon this bull bedded with a few cows. About 150 yards of belly crawling and some excellent cow calling by rack to get them to stand up, and the deed was done, bull down!! Then the work started.
This was just a hugely enjoyable hunt, spent with an all around great guy, and having my daughter there made it that much more special. Huge thanks to rackmastr for his help, hospitallity, and everything else to make this hunt a success. Thanks again buddy.

That's a really nice prime looking elk!  The pic shows your daughter is very much enjoying being a part of it, too.  Good on all of you.
