Great buck SG, no second guessing with him. I would have guessed him at 165 or better but with that mass who cares.

Im gunna but a better tape on him, lots of guys figure he will go more than what I got. It was pretty fast and rough so deffinatly could be off a little on his measurments.

I just had a second look and to bad he didn't have a little better brow tines. A couple of my honey holes has that type of genetics with nice heavy bucks but with weak brows.

This buck was shot by a guy who never followed up on his shot. I found the rack in a cut block while shed hunting 3 years later. I scored him at 168". Probably would have went book if he hadn't sat in the elements for 3 yrs.

hard to say when they are laying down, but that looks like a full grown mature buck to me. congrats darcy...love the mass on him. even the points are nice and thick. some bucks top out in the 50s and he looks like one of those. nuttin wrong with that at all.

No stuck at work till next week at the earliest. Two of my neighbors are scorers so may get their expertise to put the tape on him just for curiosity sake.
