im not even close to being in prime sheep shape....but i may get to go hurt myself next week.  heres hoping......

if we do get it together, there will be no guns coming either.  this will be a bowhunt only.
opinions are like sphincters......everyone has one, and they all stink!

Well its getting close and my son and I have made a last week change of plans and are going to hit another spot ive always wanted to try. Ive hunted the edge of this area but never pushed into the spot we are going to try to get. Not sure what it may hold but he really wants to try it and we really want to pursue new spots and look for that hidden gem spot, May not pay off but we wont see any other hunters and will be able to just have a relaxed hunt and see some great spots.
I hunt sheep to see over the next mountain not to measure the next trophy!

We're out of here. Should have our base camp set up before supper time tonight and then out to our first spike camp tomorrow. With any luck at all we should have a tag filled on the 25th. Hope to see some BH pics on here when we get back.

I'm in the same boat, planned to head out for a day this weekend but working now instead.  My planned "main" trip isn't for a couple weeks but would have been nice to go check out a spot or two.  Don't know why the busiest time of year for work has to happen during hunting season  >:(

*edit*

Would also like to add a GOOD LUCK! to everyone out there in the mountains.  Can't wait to see some pics of deceased rams and mountain scenery in the upcoming days and weeks.
