I do know a few outfitters who hate APOS. They find it embarrassing to belong to an organization that allows convicted criminals and poachers to remain members. Given that they allow those people to remain members, I do believe that they would also stoop to underhanded means to get what they want.

Where can we get the actual numbers?

From me. Hope the attachment sticks here. If not, I can email it to you.

I put this together last summer after the draw results came out. Remember, the Draw licences include NR Hunter host licences. Despite many requests, F&W has not released the number of NR hunter host Draw licences, so this is a far as I can break down the numbers. Also remember that Outfitter Class O allocations can be used in both the Archery and Rifle season. so it is possible that outfitters could have more hunters in the Archery season than residents and NR hunter hosts.

2011 Alberta Pronghorn Outfitter Allocations and Draw Licences pdf attached.

I appreciate the chart but man that is a hard one to understand.  I guess I am dumb because I just don't get it all.

It's no harder to understand than figuring out which end of the gun goes to your shoulder.  Or which side of a cheque is better to sign, the front or the back. ;D

The notes leading the chart explain the codes. What are you stuck on?
